Gangrenous pyoderma: typical livid-red, partly undermined, edge, not always- but here - blistering, smeary necrosis on the wound base. The ulcer is extremely painful. Findings in a 57 year old woman- for 15 years intermittent ulcera on- and off again, healing under systemic glucocorticoids. In this case, typically associated with Crohn's disease and diabetes mellitus.
