Large clear cell renal cell carcinoma with infiltration of the renal vein. The cut face of the tumor is inhomogen and yellowish. The complete obstruction of the renal vein from the tumor is visible (=Hemangiosis, V1). In some cases these tumor parts can reach the right cardiac atrium. The name “clear cell” is due to the histological findings. The findings of the macroscopic view can only hint towards the diagnosis.
"Niere" - kidney
