Tuberculous leprosy
A hyperergy leads to the following significant symptoms:
thickening of nerves (well palpable on great auricular nerve,and on ulnar nerve)
solitarily, sharply limited , unesthetic (on dark skin hypopigmentation) macula with central healing
peripheral sensory disturbance and paralysis ( because of sensibility disturbance patients may develop mutilations or small injuries that are an entrance for pathogens).
Facies antonina: mask like facial expression bacause of facial nerve paralysis
keratomalacia and loss of sight
mal perforant du pied (trophic disturbance on feet)
