Girl, 16 y.o., good general condition and nutritional status. Since about 6 weeks she suffers from oropharyngeal pain, she has no fever, she has taken analgesics to control the pain.Upon inspection we see papules in the oropharynx, which burst open when a sample smear is taken (see picture). EBV and HSV (PCR) were negative, CRP and leukocytes also negative and no other abnormalities in the laboratory report.
