One recognizes the vestibulocochlear and facial nerve drawing towards the brain stem in the upper edge of the picture. At the bottom of the screen the edge of the dura mater (blurred) is visible, abova that bony parts of the temporal bone and the tumor inside the internal acoustic meatus. At the upper right corner one sees parts of the cerebellum, which are kept away by a brain spatula.
