Symptoms: 55-year old patient; shock due to upper gastrointestinal bleeding after esophagus perforation. suspected aethylic liver cirrhosis. COPD. Comments: TIPS (alsoTIPSS) is the abbreviation for transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt.
