Irregularly limited brown maculae on the thorax. Petechiae (hemorrhagic diathesis).
Additional finding: Acute Graft-versus-Host-Disease was proven in: Liver, skin (neck, thorax, back, flanks), colon and small intestine.
Clinic: 29 year old patient; acute lymphatic leukemia known for 3 years. Allogeneous stem cell transplant 9 weeks before death.
