At the Introitus vaginae, from 3 to 8 o'clock, an ulcerating, yellowish, solid tumor with a maximum diameter of 8.4 cm can be observed.
Additional finding: Histology: moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma of the vulva. pT3, pN2 (3/22), G2.
