Papillary tumor of the distal ureter. Distal, in the direction of the bladder, the granulation ulcus of the transurethral resection 4 month previous, is visible.
Additional findings: Currrent: Remnants of the low diffenrentiated urothelial carcinoma of the distal ureter. 10mm, rpT2a G3 pN2 M1 L1 V1. Hydroureter and Hydronephrosis on the side of the tumor.
Clinically: 84-years-old patient. Transurethal resection of a low diffenrentiated urothelial carcinoma of the distal ureter one year ago pT1. Resection of a recurrance of the carcinoma 4 month ago.
