Description: papillary tumor, consisting of thin papilli, covered by broadened urothelium. No significant cellular or architectural atypia. No mitoses. The cells are more densely packed and the nuclei are slightly enlarged compared to normal. Palisading of the basal cell layer. The layer of covering cells is intact.Clinical findings: urothelial papilloma of the bladder.Comment: Papillary urothelial neoplasm of low malignant potential (PUNLMP) is a highly differentiated tumor, belonging to the group of noninvasive papillary urothelial neoplasms.
