Coiled giant aneurysm of the anterior cerebral artery (MCA) on the rightmacroscopic picture, partially thrombosed5 1/2 years after coiling the aneurysm was resected because the patient developed epilepsy, the aneurysm increased in size and was supplied again through blood circulation.You can see here where the coils have perforated the aneurysmal wall.
