Excerpt from a full-body tattoo of an elderly male patient. It is not easy to identify the recurring sporadic basal cell carcinomas occurring on his skin. Probably the basal cell carcinoma is not causally related to the tattoo. However, the possible toxicity of tattoo inks must be pointed out.
