Emergency measures: intubation, central venous catheter, and thoracic drainage because of hemothorax.The X-ray image can be found here.After stabilization of the circulation, the patient was transferred the next day to the thoracic surgery ward. Since the projectile had hit no vital structures, there was no surgery. Following extubation, he was transferred to the normal ward. The chest tube was removed after 3 days.
