Moderator band with contact to the papillary muscle at the tip of the right ventricle. The septomarginal trabecula is a piece of band- or beam-shaped heart tissue in the right ventricle. It belongs to the Trabeculae carneae and stretches from the base of the anterior papillary muscle to the chamber septum.
