Haemangioma of the liver, rarely vessels leading to and away from the tumour can be seen (colour doppler).
Due to the high rate of spontanous remission initially a wait and see attitude is adopted. Therapy is required when complications such as bleeding, thrombosis, exulceration or fast tumour growth occurs.
