The gluteus maximus muscle (big light pink structures at the bottom right and left), the cut off anococcygeal ligament (light pink) at the bottom, the sphincter muscle (light pink, surrounds the anus) and the bulbospongiosus muscle (light pink, partially blue, in front of the anus) are visible.
Surrounded by the bulbospongiosus muscle a section of the vagina (H-shape) and urethral opening (star-shape) are visible.
There is also the levator ani muscle (orange between anus and gluteus maximus muscle).
