Degenerative joint disease, deforming arthritis

Chronic, painful joint deformation that increasingly impedes its function due to imbalance between load capacity and loading, degenerative joint disease (deforming arthritis). E.g. an activated arthrosis can lead to a mechanical overload and thus cause inflammation of the joint.
