Palpation of the breast
Palpation of the breast as a preventive check-up. Regular self-examination is important. One should know where tumors are and which changes indicate tumor-like changes. However, mere self-examination is not a sufficient preventive check-up, because laymen only recognize nodes bigger than ca. 1cm, while metastases are already formed by smaller tumors.
