Lymph capillary
Lymph vessels begin in the intercellular space and have a wall consisting of endothelium, a thin, incomplete (often lacking) basal membrane and reticular fibers. The lymph is necessary for the metabolism of cells and tissues and the transport of lymphocytes from their production site to the blood.
