Malign melanoma with skin metastasis
Two conspicious skin findings on torso: A handbreadth dorsomedial of the right mamilla, a ca. 3X2 cm maculo-papillate efflorescence is located, which is assymetrical with very erratic margins and satellites, differently pigmented and palpable. Ca. 3 cm lateral of the right mamilla, an impressive flesh-colored, bleeding tumor is visible, measuring ca. 4x3 cm. On the median line and the right abdomen, the patient has adhesive bandages after a herniotomy.
