There are certain zones that have a nerval connection to certain organs. Diseases in these organs causes referred pain in these skin areas. (In German: Head zone) These zones exist because of nerval afferences and interconnections at the same spinal segment.

6 - small intestine
7 - large intestine
8 - kindesys, testicles (1), (2)
9 - (urinary) bladder
