Anal vein thrombosis
The image shows a thrombosis of the anal vein, due to formation of a blood clot in the venous system of the sphincter muscle apparatus. Bigger thrombi like this are removed mechanically, smaller ones can be treated with antiphlogistic balms and hip baths.
