MRT spine
MRT image of the spine at T1 in sagittal projection. The lumbar column is not significantly degenerated, the intervertebral discs are slightly dehydrated, but not pathologically thinned. No disc prolapse, no osseous or fibrous spinal canal stenosis, but an intraspinal bleeding, probabl because of multiple unsuccessful liquor punctions in the amamnesis. The cauda fibers are clearly compressed by the bleeding.
