Transplant adaptation with VAC right groin
After a Bypass surgery, the groin was infected with MRSA. First, the wound was treated for one week with a combination of negative pressure wound therapy and automatic topic antimicrobial therapy, then a mesh transplant was inserted, which is should further adapt and heal with the aid of another VAC therapy.
