Yellow circle: Branched vessel / contracted mamilla (not exactly visible), this is a branched vessel
Green oval: Thoracic wall deformity (dyspl. 7th rib on the right.)
Red circle: Arthrosis of the costosternal joint (compression + margin sklerotization, not visible on the other side). No tumor!
