TREATMENT - Standard wound treatment plus laser therapy | Debridements, moist treatment, wound dressings | Strict compression treatment with compression stockings | Laser therapy device with 785 nm - 700 mV, 60-80 s per unit area, 3-4J/cm² | Initially laser therapy for three weeks every other day with bandage change | Then in-patient stay for iv-antibiosis, first week every other day, second week every 3d and 4th day | After dismissal laser therapy with every bandage change, every 2nd or 5th day
