UROTHELIAL of RIGHT URETER
•A 54yo female patient from Kampuchea suffered from a right hydronephrosis without hematuria. •Ultrasound detected a hypoechoic mass into her right ureter which obstructed near the crossing of the right exernal iliac artery and made the lumen of upper portion of right ureter in dilatation in 10mm. There were color signals with arterial spectral pattern in the ureteral mass but no lymph node surrounding. •Later MSCT with contrast confirmed a right ureteral tumor. An endoscopic procedure was done for removing the right kidney and ureter. •Microscopic result was a transitional cell carcinoma of ureter in moderate differentiation.
