16 years old male patient with history radiation of the therapy in 5 years. Ultrasound detected single obstruction of the Left-CCA (Common Carotid Artery) cause by thicking of wall and thrombus. By means of MSCT 64 the Right Carotid Artery and both Verterbral Artey are normal. There is single obstruction of the Left-CCA, from beginning to bifurcation.
