A case of insulinoma of a woman 30 yo which was not seen on abdominal ultrasound but appeared clearly on CT with contrast agent arterial phase of 15mm. In late phase tumor came back isodensity with pancreas parenchyma. The female patient complaints about sudation, starvation and cognitive disorders in the morning for 2 years. FBS= 54mg% and Insulinemia=64 microgram/mL. Surgery and histopathology confirmed this benign secretary tumor of pancreas.
