This picture demonstrates the positioning of laparoscopic dock for laparoscopic bariatric procedure. We used to positioned the dock on left shoulder for most of laparoscopic operations, like Nissen. But at laparoscopic bariatric procedures we prefer the right shoulder positioning, because of the easiness of assistance. Surgeon stands in between the legs, and assitant on the left side of patient.
