Mass in the medial distal femoral metaphysis in a 57 yo woman with a past history of breast cancer. Lesion is low signal on T1, high on T2 and shows enhancment, characteristic of metastasis. There is some surrounding bone and soft-tissue oedema, cortical disruption and early soft-tissue extension of tumour. Periosteal reaction is seen on the plain film.
