A hypoechoic into soleus muscle maybe sarcoma of striate muscle. But ultrasound elastography with supersonic shear wave (SSW) from Supersonic Imagine has an elastogram of soft structure, not malignant. Core biopsy at 5 sites showed degenerative cells, lymphocytes and Langhans giant cells. So it is a case of tuberculosis of soleus muscle.
