Palms of a female patient, suffering from sclerodactyly and Raynaud-Syndrome due to a CREST-Syndrome. Sclerodactyly shows indurations of the skin, skin atrophy, dermatogenic contractions, trophic dysfunction, especially on the finger tips and thinning of the fingers.
