Back of the hands of a patient with sclerodactyly and Raynaud-phenomenon through a CREST-syndrome. The sclerodactyly leads to indurations of the skin, skin atrophy, dermatogenic contractions of the finger joints, lack of sensibility, especially on the finger tips and thinning of the fingers.
