Description: The adeno carcinoma infiltrates the vein. Above the intraluminal tumor a thrombus (red arrow) has formed.
Additional findings: Lowly differentiated, partially necrotic and mucous-producing adeno carcinoma of the gall ducts of the liver hilus (Klatzkin-Tumor).
