Diagnosis: Cholangiocarcinoma
Description: Yellowish, solitary tumor with sharp edges and strong desmoplasia. Around the tumor is darker, atrophic liver tissue with blood filled sinusoids (probably because the tumor obstructed bloodflow).
Additional findings: 84-year-old female patient, moderately differentiated Cholangiocarcinoma.
