Uncommon adhesions. Looks like 2 vessels (blue). State after gastrectomy 3 month prior. The adhesions most certainly existed for weeks. Sudden vomiting. Laparotomy. Ablation of adhesions. In the process the appendix was found in the left upper abdomen.
