The most noticeable feature of this ecg are the high and peaked p-waves, mainly in lead II. An additional finding is the sinus tachycardia (approx. 110/min). The patient suffers from chronic pulmonary disease with stressed right heart. The large P shows the enlarged right atrium. The tachycardia shows the current condition: shortness of breath.
