Diagnosis: Deep vein thrombosis of the leg.Description: occlusive, mixed thrombus of the right femoral vein that is adherent to the vessel wall and extends into the popliteal vein.Additional findings: paracentral pulmonary embolism of the right upper pulmonary lobe.
