The X-ray shows on the right side beside the hilum in projection to the upper and lower lobe aggregations and a positive bronchogramm. Here we find evidence for a pneumonic infiltration. Also the left lower lobe shows these aggregations. The heart-thorax-ratio is 16,5/29, meaning that the heart is mildly dilated. No signs of congestion, marginal size of the lung vessels.
