CT- scan of the thorax: Same patient. It is clearly visible, how the lung expands behind the sternum and in the posterior medistinum as a compensatory mechanism (arrows). The pulmonary vessels are decreased in general. An additional finding would be the aneurysm of the ascending aorta.
