Diagnosis: 74 year old female patient with ball-shaped aneurysm on the artery of the base of the brain.
Description: Completely thrombotic aneurysm, around 1,4 cm, in the area of the internal carotid artery/ A.cerebri media bifurcation on the left side. No signs of a rupture.
Additional finding: Pericardial tamponade due to an Aneurysm dissecans of the ascending aorta.
Clinical presentation: Intracranial ectasia on the left internal carotid artery. Hepatocellular carcinoma. CT-scan: Pericardial effusion, 1 cm
