Diagnosis: Osteoporosis, osteochondrosis, and spondylosis
Description: moderate rarification of the trabeculae of the cancellous bone without evidence of vertebral fractures. The intervertebral discs are massively thinned (osteochondrosis). Extensive spondylosis.
Clinical history: 87 year old male patient, dementia. Crohn's disease. Diabetes mellitus type II and arterial hypertension.
