Diagnosis: bronchopulmonary angio invasive aspergillosis
Description: A whitish-grey solitary pulmonary nodules which roughly has the shape of a rosette in the of the lower lobe. The other part of the lung parenchyma is inconspicuous.
Clinic: acute myelogenous leukaemia identified 7 years ago. Status post 2 chemotherapy cycles and status post HLA-identical bone marrow transplantation. Recurrence. In response to a reinduction chemotherapy persistent severe neutropenia with fever. Bronchopulmonary aspergillosis in CT scanner.
