Diagnosis: 68-year old male patient, peracute myocardial infarction of the anterior wall of the heart.
Description: The myocardium of the anterior wall of the heart shows a localized yellow discoloration a pale reagion (lower half of the anterior wall). A hemorrhagic border is not visible.
Additional findings: Acute hemmorhagic, absceding aspiration pneumonia of both lower lobes of the lungs. Widespread fresh myocardial infarction of the anterior and posterior walls of the heart.
Clinically: Diabetes mellitus. Asthma. Aspiration pneumonia?
