A cyst is an abnormally closed tissue cavity containing fluid, sometimes also solids. They occur occasionally at the remaining foreskin after circumcision.The likely cause is deposition of epidermis or smegma in the wound after circumcision. Some of these cysts can enlarge quite a bit, bute even small cysts can become inflamed and cause disease.
