Atrioventricular block 3rd degree. Recognizable due to the bradycardia (ca. 30 bpm) as well as the dissociation of antrium and ventricle excitation. Independency of atrial excitation (p-waves) and chamber complex (QRS).
Additional finding: Right bundle branch block.
