A Galeazzi fracture refers to a fracture of the distal radius with a tear of the interosseous membrane and a resulting subluxation of the ulna. Galeazzi fracture is associated with fall on out-stretched arm.The treatment of a Galeazzi fracture is in an operative stabilization of the fracture by metal plates and a suture of the ligaments.
