Non-itching, fresh, yellowy pustules (sterile microabcesses) and older dried-out pustules on the medial sole of the foot. They exist similarly on the other foot, indicated on the palms. The patient has recurring erythrosquamous plaques on the elbows and scalp. In basic diagnostics a mycosis is excluded.
