Rights to intellectual property
DocCheck Pictures respect intellectual property and requires its user to behave the same way. DocCheck Pictures reserves the right, pursuant to the terms and conditions and, at its own discretion, to block users who violate the intellectual property of others and to delete user accounts through which infringements of the intellectual property of others have been made.

Content on Internet sites is available to everyone. This does not necessarily mean that we may use or download such material in any way.   6. a sworn statement by you that the above information is true and that you are the copyright owner, or are authorised to act on the behalf, of the copyright holder.
